Our client is looking for an experienced Chief Accountant to take ownership of complex financial reporting across multiple entities. Your Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the financial accounting and reporting function across multiple entities.
- Prepare and review monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Drive accurate and timely month-end and year-end reporting.
- Consolidate and analyse financial information across multiple entities.
- Provide meaningful financial reporting and analytics to senior management.
- Prepare and analyse budgets forecasts and financial performance.
- Monitor key financial trends variances and business drivers.
- Ensure strong financial controls governance and compliance.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes controls and efficiencies.
- Work closely with operational supply chain and commercial stakeholders.
- Provide leadership guidance and mentorship to the finance team.
What Were Looking For
- / relevant Finance degree essential
- Hons / CGMA highly advantageous
- 5 years relevant experience
- Proven experience working across multiple entities.
- Strong financial reporting and accounting expertise.
- Experience in manufacturing supply chain or a similar environment.
- Strong reporting analytics and financial insight capabilities.
- Oracle experience NON-NEGOTIABLE
- Excellent Excel and financial systems skills.
- Strong leadership potential and a leadership mindset.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
