A well-established and growing organisation based in Century City Cape Town is seeking a talented CA(SA) with 1-2 years of post-articles experience to join their high-performing finance team.This opportunity is ideal for an ambitious finance professional looking to broaden their commercial exposure while working closely with key stakeholders across the business. Youll gain hands-on experience in financial reporting budgeting forecasting business partnering and strategic finance initiatives within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
- Financial reporting and statutory compliance
- Budgeting and forecasting support
- Financial analysis and performance reporting
- Development and enhancement of internal controls
- Audit preparation and liaison with external auditors
- Balance sheet reconciliations and cash flow reporting
- Ensuring compliance with IFRS taxation and regulatory requirements
- Participation in finance transformation and process improvement projects
Requirements
Qualified CA(SA)1-2 years post-articles experience
Strong technical accounting and financial reporting skills
Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
Commercial industry experience advantageous
