Reporting directly to the CEO you will take full ownership of the finance function while providing strategic leadership across the organization.

Youll be responsible for:
Partnering with the CEO and executive team on key business decisions
Developing and executing financial strategies to support growth
Leading financial modelling forecasting and scenario planning
Driving profitability margin improvement and capital allocation decisions
Full responsibility for budgeting forecasting reporting and cash flow
Product costing margin analysis and working capital management
Banking relationships treasury management and funding facilities
Building scalable systems reporting structures and controls
IFRS compliance and statutory reporting
Risk management and internal controls
Audit leadership and stakeholder engagement
Board and committee reporting
Leading and developing a high-performing finance team
Creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
Acting as a culture ambassador across the business
CA(SA)
5 years post-articles experience
Strong FMCG food manufacturing beverage manufacturing or related industry experience
Proven success in a Financial Manager Financial Director or CFO role
Strong understanding of costing margins inventory and manufacturing finance
Experience engaging with executive leadership boards and key stakeholders
Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and operationally
