Job Summary
TB HIV Care (THC) in existence since 1929 is an internationally recognised non-profit organisation. We provide health care services throughout South Africa to both the general population and communities at increased risk for HIV and TB including adolescent girls and young women sex workers and people who use drugs. Purpose of the position:
Responsible for implementing and monitoring the Case Management Model (CMM) through adherence support for ART patients until they are eligible for decanting to any of the differentiated models of care.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate
- Enrolled nurse qualification will be an added advantage
- At least 2 years relevant experience in counselling and testing
- Adherence counselling
- Basic HIV testing and counselling
- Index case trailing
- Able to communicate in English and isiXhosa is an advantage
- Criminal Clear
