Permanent Position: Caregiver Location: Durban South Africa Company: Msuez Uk Contract Details: Full-time Permanent Msuez Uk is a leading healthcare provider in Durban South Africa dedicated to providing high-quality care and support to individuals in need. We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team and help us fulfill our mission of improving the lives of those we serve. As a Caregiver at Msuez Uk you will be responsible for providing personalized care and assistance to our clients who may include elderly individuals individuals with disabilities or those recovering from illness or injury. Your primary duties will include assisting with daily tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming as well as providing emotional support and companionship to our clients. The ideal candidate for this role will have a genuine passion for helping others and a strong desire to make a positive impact in peoples lives. Previous experience as a caregiver is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who possesses the necessary qualities and a willingness to learn. Key Responsibilities: - Assist clients with daily tasks such as bathing dressing and grooming - Provide companionship and emotional support to clients - Administer medications and assist with medical appointments as needed - Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary - Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients - Monitor and report any changes in clients physical or mental health to the appropriate staff - Document client care and progress accurately and timely - Adhere to all safety and health regulations - Communicate effectively with clients their families and other staff members Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience as a caregiver preferred - Ability to work with individuals of all ages and backgrounds - Compassionate and patient demeanor - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to learn and adapt to the needs of our clients - Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for career growth and development within our organization.
