Job Description: We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Worker to join our team in Durban South Africa. Key Responsibilities: - Provide personal care and support to clients including assistance with bathing dressing and toileting - Administer medication as prescribed by a healthcare professional - Assist with meal preparation and feeding - Perform light housekeeping duties such as laundry and cleaning - Accompany clients to appointments and outings - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided - Communicate effectively with clients their families and other healthcare professionals - Monitor and report any changes in clients condition to the appropriate parties - Adhere to all company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations Qualifications and Skills: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a care-related role is preferred - Compassionate and empathetic nature - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Basic knowledge of personal care and hygiene practices - Reliable and punctual - Valid drivers license and access to a vehicle is an asset Contract Details: This is a full-time permanent position with Msuez Uk.
