A fast-scaling internationally connected business is looking for a skilled Marketing Campaign Lead to drive customer engagement across a diverse digital ecosystem. This organisation reaches millions of users globally and is focused on delivering meaningful data-informed experiences across every stage of the customer lifecycle.
This isnt a coordination role youll be at the centre of execution taking ownership of how campaigns are planned delivered and improved across multiple touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan launch and optimise campaigns across email SMS mobile in-app and web
- Own campaign delivery end-to-end from briefing to analysis
- Build lifecycle-based campaigns that drive engagement and conversion
- Use data to inform targeting messaging and timing decisions
- Lead A/B testing and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on delivery and strategy
- 25 years SEO experience (agency preferred)
- Proven success improving rankings and traffic
- Strong knowledge of technical on-page and off-page SEO
- Experience with GSC GA4 and reporting tools
- Familiar with CMS platforms and basic HTML
- Strong analytical and spreadsheet skills
Core Competencies:
- Proven experience in multi-channel campaign management
- Strong understanding of digital communication and customer journeys
- Experience with marketing automation / CRM tools
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
