Job Summary
Join a leading consulting engineering firm working on luxury private residences hotels and high-rise residential developments. Were looking for a motivated CAD Technician with a keen eye for detail and a passion for producing high-quality technical drawings.
Job Description:
- Produce accurate CAD drawings and technical documentation
- Revise and update drawings throughout project stages
- Coordinate with engineers architects and project teams
- Ensure drawings meet project standards and specifications
- Maintain organised drawing records
- Minimum 23 years CAD drafting experience in the consulting engineering or building services industry
- Experience on private residential hotel and high-rise residential project
- Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit advantageous)
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills
- Certificate in Draughting or a related field
- AutoCAD certification is advantageous
