Process & Requirements

• Analyse CARF policy legislative regulatory and operational requirements and assess their impact on processes and systems.
  
• Elicit validate document and manage business data functional and non-functional requirements across the solution lifecycle.
  
• Map current- and future-state processes business rules user journeys data flows interfaces and reporting needs.
  
• Translate stakeholder requirements into clear specifications user stories acceptance criteria and traceability documentation.
  
• Support the definition and validation of data capture due diligence exchange reconciliation exception management and regulatory reporting processes.
  

Delivery & Quality

• Collaborate with solution architects developers data specialists testers and business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet approved requirements.
  
• Develop test scenarios and cases support system integration and user acceptance testing and manage defects.
  
• Validate system outputs data quality controls reconciliations and regulatory reports for accuracy completeness and timeliness.
  
• Support release planning implementation readiness change management training and post-implementation review.
  

Governance & Collaboration

• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audit processes.
  
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  
• Identify risks gaps and improvement opportunities and escalate them appropriately.
