Key Focus Areas

• Support cross-functional projects and track milestones
• Participate in Kaizen workshops and process mapping

Requirements

• BSc/BEng in Industrial or Chemical Engineering (non-negotiable)
• 2-5 years post graduation experience as an Industrial Engineer or Business Process Engineer
• Certifications or exposure to Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen or Project Management or Data Analytics.
• Working experience with data tools (Ms Excel Power BI SQL) & dashboards
• Strong analytical communication and collaboration skills
• Experience in implementing CRM or ERP systems would be highly advantageous
