Were looking for a talented Business Process Analyst who can dig into complex operations uncover inefficiencies and transform them into clear practical and well-controlled processes.

What youll be doing:

• Analyse and document end-to-end business processes
• Facilitate stakeholder interviews and process discovery workshops
• Create As-Is and To-Be process maps workflows and swimlane diagrams
• Identify opportunities for simplification standardisation and automation
• Conduct impact assessments and gap analyses
• Support business process re-engineering and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures work instructions and operating models
• Help establish process documentation standards and maintain a central process repository
• Ensure documentation supports governance compliance and internal controls
• Develop training materials user guides and process walkthroughs
• Support the implementation and adoption of new or improved processes
• Work closely with business systems compliance and operational stakeholders

What youll need:

• A degree in Business Engineering or Computer Science
• Formal Business Analysis training
• 35 years experience as a Process Analyst
• Proven experience producing business and process-flow documentation
• Experience documenting SOPs work instructions and operating models
• Experience with process re-engineering projects
• Knowledge of process-improvement methodologies
• Strong workshop facilitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical ability and exceptional attention to detail

Highly advantageous:

• A relevant postgraduate qualification
• Training in business process engineering software development or software products
• Experience within business systems software products or software development environments
