Business Performance Lead

As a Business Performance Lead you will design and optimise campaign performance frameworks connect operational inputs to client KPIs and drive continuous improvement across people process and technology to enable scalable sustainable delivery.

If you have the following:

• 710 years experience in performance-led environments (BPO financial services shared services or similar)

• Strong analytical and modelling capability with experience using BI tools

• Proven experience building performance frameworks or optimisation initiatives

• Experience working cross-functionally across Commercial Operations Data and Technology teams
