A leading South African investment and asset management business is seeking two experienced Business Development Executives to join its growing retail distribution team.
This role is ideal for a commercially driven investment professional with an established network of Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) financial planners and intermediaries. You will be responsible for developing and strengthening advisor relationships growing assets under management and driving new business opportunities across your region.

Job Description:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with IFAs wealth managers and intermediaries
- Drive new business acquisition and asset growth within the retail investments market
- Promote and position investment solutions to advisors and their clients
- Conduct advisor meetings presentations training sessions and business reviews
- Identify opportunities to expand advisor engagement and increase market share
- Develop and execute regional business development strategies
- Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships
- Completed BCom degree or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Minimum 3 years Business Development Executive Business Development Manager or Intermediary Consultant experience within the investments or financial services industry
- RE5 qualification (essential)
- Proven track record of business development and advisor relationship management
- Strong presentation networking and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a regional portfolio
