About the Role

A longestablished professional corporate training company is seeking a dynamic Business Development Consultant to drive growth and expand its client base. This is a highimpact role suited to a seasoned sales professional who thrives in a targetdriven environment and enjoys building strong business relationships.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Prospect for new clients and generate qualified leads
• Present company profile and service offerings to prospective clients
• Meet and exceed defined targets for new appointments and sales
• Conduct needsanalysis assessments with prospective clients to tailor solutions
• Manage the CRM system to ensure all leads are followed up and revisited regularly

Requirements

• Grade 12 minimum; tertiary qualification preferred
• Minimum 7 years proven sales experience
• Demonstrated ability to consistently meet and exceed sales targets
• Prior experience in businesstobusiness selling highly beneficial
• Computer literacy including AI tools CRM systems Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to connect and interact credibly with potential clients
• Strong people skills and persuasive communication style
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas and solutions
• Selfdisciplined responsible and highly motivated
• Organized and able to manage time effectively under pressure
• Detailoriented with strong problemsolving skills
• Confident in engaging with executives and decisionmakers
• Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle essential

Remuneration

R20000 cost to company negotiable commensurate with experience plus high earning commission potential within a great team and working environment for a long established professional corporate training company.
