Job Summary
- Facilitate workshops discovery sessions and stakeholder discussions.
- Gather analyse and document business functional and system requirements.
- Prepare business requirements functional specifications process maps user stories acceptance criteria and supporting documentation.
- Analyse existing processes and identify inefficiencies control gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Evaluate potential solutions based on operational fit feasibility cost risk business value return on investment and scalability.
- Manage multiple projects or workstreams from planning through implementation handover and post-implementation review.
- Develop and maintain project plans milestones risks issues dependencies and status reporting.
- Coordinate business owners internal teams software development teams and external vendors.
- Manage project governance stakeholder communication and change control.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Support implementation readiness training communication cutover and operational handover.
- Use SQL at an investigative level to validate information trace transactions and support root-cause analysis.
- Identify practical technology and non-technology solutions that improve processes controls productivity and customer outcomes.
- At least 5 years relevant experience in business analysis systems analysis and project delivery with evidence of operating at a mid to senior level.
- Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiatives from discovery and requirements through testing implementation and handover.
- A Business Analysis qualification diploma or recognised certification.
- Strong practical project management experience.
- Sound knowledge of project planning stakeholder management governance risk and issue management and change control.
- A practical understanding of relational databases systems integrations and SQL.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong organisation accountability problem-solving and commercial judgement.
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Information Systems Computer Science Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- A recognised project management qualification or certification.
- Experience within retail supply chain warehousing manufacturing finance ERP POS or store operations.
- Experience working with software development teams third-party vendors and system integration projects.
- Knowledge of Agile Waterfall and hybrid project delivery approaches.
- Experience developing business cases benefits assessments and ROI evaluations.
Required Skills:
Role and Responsibilities Measure Fit & Seal garments using workbooks on a common drive. Fit garments on dummies for buyers noting any changes required. Assist suppliers with procedures and workbook-related queries. Conduct quality audits at local suppliers. Conduct quality audits of imported goods at distribution centres. Conduct quality audits of locally produced and imported stock at suppliers. Conduct random quality audits of orders at warehouses and distribution centres. Perform initial onsite troubleshooting and problem-solving of failed orders. Conduct store visits and record in-store quality issues. File Fit & Seal documentation and paperwork. Required Education:
Qualification & Experience Qualification in Clothing Production Management. Strong knowledge of clothing production and fabrics. Experience in pattern making grading and inline production. Proficient in Microsoft Office particularly Excel. Valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
