The essentials:
- 4 years relevant Business Analysis experience youve been around the alley a few times
- A completed Bachelors Degree in Information Technology Computer Science or Information Systems
- Experience analysing and documenting as-is and to-be processes because every good investigation starts with understanding what really happened
- Strong understanding of systems applications integrations and data flows
- The ability to gather analyse and translate business functional and system requirements
- A sharp eye for automation optimisation and digitisation opportunities
- Confidence working with stakeholders developers vendors and technical teams sometimes diplomacy is more useful than claws
- A valid drivers licence and own reliable transport are essential
- My client needs someone who can prowl through processes uncover hidden inefficiencies connect the clues and land on their feet when the business throws them a curveball
