What you will be doing:
  • Lead end-to-end requirements definition documentation and validation across both business and technical workstreams.
  • Evaluate current and target processes to identify gaps control weaknesses and opportunities for optimisation.
  • Translate business compliance and security needs into actionable functional and technical specifications.
  • Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders technical SMEs and delivery teams to validate solution designs and elicit requirements.
  • Create user journeys workflows and data models while preparing user documentation and training materials.
  • Support functional testing and UAT while ensuring all solutions align with IT governance information security and GDPR standards.
  • Perform data reconciliation across various systems to ensure accuracy completeness and integrity.
  • Provide impact analysis to support the Change Manager and define exit criteria for transitions from pilot to broader rollouts.

What you will be doing:
  • A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial (Information Systems Business or Computer Science etc.)
  • 5 years of Business Analysis experience in technology-led change initiatives within large complex corporate environments.
  • Experience managing complex business integrations and mergers across multiple jurisdictions and geographies.
  • Experience in systems integrations and Identity and Access Management (IAM) governance including knowledge of directory technologies like Azure AD SSO and MFA.
  • Understanding of governance risk and control frameworks along with knowledge of regulatory and audit standards for data protection.
  • Ability to interpret and map complex business processes document requirements and perform data reconciliation across systems.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills capable of bridging gaps between business risk and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within Agile and hybrid delivery frameworks to drive project outcomes.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities drive alignment among senior regional stakeholders and work independently as a motivated self-starter.
