We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented graduate to join our Business Administration Internship Programme. This role offers valuable exposure to administrative support travel coordination finance processes and event management within a dynamic healthcare environment.
As an Intern you will gain practical experience and exposure to a variety of business support activities including:
- Supporting the Executive Assistant with day-to-day administrative responsibilities
- Managing travel arrangements for the Service Team
- Processing Purchase Orders (POs) primarily for travel-related expenses
- Submitting invoices to Finance for payment processing
- Acting as the liaison between the travel agency and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with ad hoc administrative duties
- Receiving and welcoming Abbott Molecular guests
- Providing general administrative support
- Assisting with internal events and meeting coordination
This internship is designed to provide recent graduates with meaningful learning opportunities professional development and real-world corporate experience within a global healthcare organisation.
Applicants must have:
- A completed Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Be a recent graduate
- Not be currently employed
- Ideally have no formal work experience
- Be available to start on 1 September 2026
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
