Our client who owns and manages a substantial portfolio of properties in Port Elizabeth is seeking to appoint an experienced Building and Maintenance Supervisor to join their dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in building maintenance construction or facilities management.

Requirements:
- Relevant tertiary qualification advantageous!
- 5 Years experience in Building / Maintenance / Construction / Civil Engineering / Quantity Surveying.
- Valid drivers license.
- Experience in managing a team and knowledge of the relevant HR policies and procedures.
- Knowledgeable of Health & Safety policies and procedures.
- Excellent financial acumen with the ability to plan and monitor budgets.
- Computer Literate.
- Responsible for the management maintenance and upgrading of all the facilities property and infrastructure.
- Compile annual Maintenance Plan.
- Manage a team of people including contractors.
- Plan and monitor budgets.
- Health and Safety.
