Building Foreman - Paarl residential development
A well-established building contractor is seeking an experienced Building Foreman to join its construction team on high-end residential developments in the Paarl area
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
- Coordinate and monitor subcontractors and labour teams.
- Ensure projects are completed according to programme quality standards and specifications.
- Maintain a safe and productive work environment.
- Monitor workmanship and quality control throughout all construction phases.
- Liaise with Site Managers Contracts Managers consultants and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with project planning scheduling and resource allocation.
- Minimum 5 years experience as a Building Foreman on residential housing developments.
- Proven track record in managing multiple housing units simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of building methods finishes and construction sequencing.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership communication and organisational skills.
- Valid drivers licence and own transport.
