Job Summary
National truck rental is seeking to employ a Branch operator for their depot
Minimum requirements:
Grade 12
Valid Drivers license
Own transport

Duties:
Liaise with customers and other branches regarding bookings and vehicle availability
Maintain/Arrange services on vehicles
Attending to vehicle licensing
Attending to Abuse on vehicles
Attending to Abuse recovery
Obtaining quotes from Panel beaters for abuse and accident vehicles
Insurance claim / all relevant documents
Create workshop RAs
Gate passes
Fuel slips
Customer liaison
Workshop liaison
Fleet pack/month end
Assist contract costing
Responsible for keys in and out to drivers
Petty cash
Arranging Insurance confirmations and claims
Attending to Traffic fines
Attending to Breakdowns
Driver scheduling
Must have good communication skills and must have their own transport available on weekend/PH or after hours if needed
Must be excellent with administration and work in line with systems and procedures
PC literate
