Commercially minded and hands-on youre a leader who takes ownership of both the numbers and the people behind them. You motivate by example make proactive decisions and know how to balance customer service with operational discipline. Strong communication sound judgement and an appetite for business growth are central to your management style.

What youll be doing (and why youll enjoy it)

Take ownership of overall branch performance and profitability while leading a small team and driving sales and new business development. Your remit will cover stock control budgets debtors and creditors cash-ups reporting compliance customer relationships and general branch administration. Youll also identify growth opportunities and maintain strong operational standards. Youll enjoy the autonomy and seeing your decisions translate directly into revenue growth customer satisfaction and stronger branch performance.

Where youll be doing it

This is an established business operating within a technical retail and trade environment in Umhlanga. The culture combines commercial drive with practical hands-on leadership giving branch management the opportunity to influence customer experience operational performance and business growth.

What youll need

Matric a valid drivers licence and at least 5years ofrelevant practical sales experience within a technical or related environment within the paint or coatings industry. Youll bring strong sales management retail operations stock control and financial acumen together with experience in quotations pricing and business development. Microsoft Office proficiency is important while experience with ERP or stock management systems will be advantageous. A relevant Business Management Sales or Marketing qualification would be beneficial.
