Introduction
Cartrack a world-leading smart mobility Software-as-a-Service tech company operating across 23 countries is looking for a Branch Manager in George. You will be reporting to the National Operations Manager: SA Branches.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of sales technical operational and administrative staff to achieve sales targets
- Build and maintain existing client relationships and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction levels
- Ensure that quality is maintained at all levels of branch operations
- Drive sales targets assist commercial sales team to source new business
- Branch reporting
Desired Experience & Qualification
- 5 years proven experience in sales and branch & operations management ideally within the telematics technology automotive logistics or fleet management industries (managing a sales team)
- Strong business acumen with a focus on customer relations
- Ability to lead and manage a diverse team sales team ensuring the branch reaches target
- Ability to plan and organize with strong administrative skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Applied Excel at intermediate level
- National Senior Certificate / Grade 12
- Tertiary education (advantageous)
