Job Summary
Our client is seeking an experienced Branch Manager - Forklifts to join their Port ELizabeth team
- Manage daily sales including rental parts and service targets vs actual performance reacting timeously to any identified problems
- Departmental administration management
- Reporting and performance monitoring across various business areas
- Ensuring internal control adherence pertaining to policies procedures and controls
- Overall branch management including operational financial asset and resource and staff management
- Ensure effective staff management
- Develop customer relationships and resolve issues timeously
- Ensure achievement of targets in line with budget requirements
- Ensure branch revenue profit and margin targets are achieved
- Manage and facilitate all work in progress (WIP)
- Monitor and analyse branch financial performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Requirements
- Grade 12
- Bachelors degree in Business Management / Operations Management / Supply Chain / Engineering or related field (Advantageous)
- Minimum 5 years technical knowledge (forklifts operations and maintenance
- Minimum 5 years sales and parts management experience
- Minimum 5 years staff management experience
- Strong aptitude for sales and business development
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Valid drivers licence
Required Skills:
