Drive branch growth through strategic sales leadership business development and key account management. Oversee branch profitability budgets gross profit margins customer retention and operational performance. Lead coach and develop branch staff while ensuring exceptional customer service. Build strong client relationships identify new business opportunities monitor market trends and coordinate activities across sales procurement warehouse logistics and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum 5 years experience managing a commercial or industrial branch.
- Minimum 8 years B2B industrial sales experience.
- Proven leadership people management and business development experience.
- Strong knowledge of industrial manufacturing conveyor belting screening media filtration products engineering supplies mining or related industries.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Management Sales Marketing Commerce Engineering or a related field.
