Job Overview:
The BPO / Call Centre Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for call centre and BPO campaigns ensuring that the organisation consistently attracts assesses and appoints high-quality candidates within agreed recruitment timelines. The position requires a high-volume target-driven and proactive recruitment approach with the ability to manage multiple vacancies and campaigns simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of candidate quality and compliance.
Duties & Responsibilities
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric required.
- HR Recruitment Psychology Business Management or related qualification will be advantageous.
- Minimum 23 years recruitment experience.
- Previous experience recruiting for a BPO call centre sales or customer service environment is strongly preferred.
- Experience in high-volume recruitment will be advantageous.
- Experience recruiting sales consultants and call centre agents will be advantageous.
- Experience working with recruitment targets and KPIs.
- Recruitment databases / ATS systems.
- LinkedIn and social media recruitment platforms.
- Ability to learn campaign-specific systems quickly.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with applicable employment legislation and company policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and employee information.
- Ensure candidate documentation is handled securely.
- Follow POPIA requirements when collecting processing and storing candidate information.
- Ensure recruitment decisions are based on objective and job-related criteria.
- Maintain accurate recruitment reports and trackers including:
- Daily recruitment activity.
- Weekly recruitment reports.
- Vacancy status.
- Candidate pipeline.
- Interview schedules.
- Placement statistics.
- The Recruiter will be responsible for maintaining a professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
This includes:- Communicating clearly with candidates.
- Providing accurate information regarding vacancies.
- Managing candidate expectations.
- The successful candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where large numbers of employees may need to be recruited within short periods.
This may include:- Mass recruitment campaigns.
- Recruitment drives.
- Walk-in interviews.
- The Recruiter will be expected to work against agreed recruitment KPIs which may include:
- Number of candidates sourced.
- Number of candidates screened.
- Number of interviews conducted.
- Number of candidates submitted.
- Number of successful placements.
