Were looking for a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to take ownership of core finance functions ensuring accurate financial records smooth transaction processing and effective support across the finance department. This role offers a varied workload with exposure to creditors debtors cash flow management reconciliations VAT and general ledger activities.

• Manage creditors including invoice processing reconciliations payment allocations and supplier communication.
• Perform daily bank reconciliations and prepare payments for approval.
• Follow up on outstanding debtor payments resolve account queries and issue statements and invoices.
• Assist with cash flow reporting and ensure deadlines are consistently met.
• Maintain accurate general ledger records journals and monthly schedules.
• Support VAT calculations asset management stock-related transactions and digital document management.

• Previous bookkeeping experience in a busy finance environment.
• Strong understanding of creditors debtors reconciliations journals and cash flow processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Excel Word and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• A proactive team-oriented approach with strong communication skills.
