Job Summary
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform fabrication welding and boilermaking activities on mining equipment and structures.
Conduct repairs and maintenance on plant equipment chutes hoppers conveyors pipelines and structural components.
Read and interpret engineering drawings diagrams and fabrication specifications.
Measure mark cut bend and shape steel and other materials according to specifications.
Carry out MIG TIG arc and/or CO welding as required.
Perform maintenance and repairs on structural steelwork and mechanical components.
Assist with the installation modification and alignment of plant and equipment.
Inspect equipment and structures to identify defects damage and potential cv to;
