Job Description:
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and BI teams ensuring reporting analytics and data solutions align with strategic objectives. Youll gather and analyze requirements define key business metrics support the design of dashboards and data models and help unlock insights that drive operational efficiency and business growth. Youll also play a key role in process improvement initiatives and promoting BI best practices across the organization.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years experience in Business Analysis Business Intelligence or a related analytical role
- Strong ability to gather document and translate business requirements into functional BI solutions
- Experience working with stakeholders to define KPIs and reporting requirements
- Proficiency in SQL Excel and Power BI
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with process mapping including documenting As-Is and To-Be processes
- Ability to work within fast-paced collaborative environments
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Exposure to project management within BI initiatives advantageous
Qualification:
- Bachelors degree in information systems Business Analysis or a related field
- Solid understanding of business processes and performance metrics
- Knowledge of business intelligence principles and reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with modern analytics and business reporting tools
