BI Department Project Co-ordinator

A specialist sales merchandising and market intelligence company partnering with healthcare cosmetic and household brands is seeking a BI Department Project Co-ordinator who will serve as the primary liaison between the company and their clients. This role focuses on project management compliance and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Manage campaigns from end-to-end in collaboration with the BI team.

• Act as the primary point of contact managing all email and telephonic queries.

• Brief the Operations Team and store Merchandisers on campaign details to ensure flawless execution.

• Manage BI platforms and data (Rubecon Repsly and Dashboard) alongside the BI team.

• Maintain and update master data including Rep and Regional Manager route lists.

• Maintain and distribute internal cover sheets merchandising lists and monthly sheets.

• Participate in weekly meetings to align with the Operations Department and Management.

• Support general BI processes and assist with special projects as required.

• Education: Bachelors degree in Business Statistics or a related field.

• Experience: 12 years of experience in analytics including supervisory duties.

• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office industry-related databases and web applications.

• Mobility: Own reliable vehicle required

• Travel: Ability to travel nationally on an ad-hoc basis (e.g. quarterly travel to Durban).

• Flexibility: Willingness to work overtime as and when required.
