What you will be doing:
- Handling day-to-day resolution of benefits and pension queries.
- Assisting with implementations and strategic proposals such as pension provision reviews.
- Managing onboarding processes and renewals for risk and medical plans.
- Conducting integrations and GAP analyses of benefits and pension provisions.
- Analysing medical sickness and IP claims data to develop a preventative data-driven approach to employee wellbeing including updating medical plan designs.
What you need:
- A minimum of 7 years in pensions and employee benefits with a preference for a background in both consultancy and in-house roles.
- Experience within the finance banking or private equity sectors is considered an advantage.
- A self-starter approach with strong collaborative skills initiative and effective communication abilities.1
- A demonstrated commitment to integrity accountability and teamwork.
