BEAUTY-SPA MANAGER

REPORT TO: Spa Owner

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday to Saturday
• 09:00am - 19:00pm

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R20000 - R25000 Basic Salary p/m (Based on Experience)
• Performance Incentives
• Turnover Bonuses

REQUIREMENTS & EXPERIENCE:

1. Centrally based within or close to Durbanville for ease of commute
2. Own reliable car - we offer secure company parking
3. Relevant qualifications obtained in a Beauty / Spa related discipline
4. CIDESCO / ITEC / CIBTAC / SAAHSP / City & Guilds accreditation - BONUS
5. South African citizen - able to converse in professional English & Afrikaans
6. Confident understanding of spa operations spa budgets & finance protocols staffing & recruitment and leadership
7. 3-5 years in a Managerial capacity - focusing on multi disciplinary teams including Beauty Spa and Hair
8. Fair and firm yet nurturing Manager - lead by example
9. Hit the ground running - able to grasp operational demands
10. Computer literate with experience in managing budgets schedules marketing communication
