BEAUTY-SPA MANAGER

REPORT TO: CEO

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:

• Monday Friday 07:00am - 18:00pm
• Saturday & Sunday 07:00am - 17:00pm
• Days off shifts rotate accordingly
• flexibility is required where operationally required

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS:

• R20000 Salary per month
• 10% Commission earned on any retail sold by you

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

1. South African citizen
2. Able to converse in professional English & Afrikaans
3. Centrally based within or around CENTURION for ease of travel
4. Own reliable car and transport to commute
5. Relevant qualifications obtained in a Beauty / Spa related discipline
6. Confident understanding of spa operations spa budgets & finance protocols staffing & recruitment and leadership
7. 2 years in a Managerial capacity - focusing on multi disciplinary teams including Beauty Skincare and Spa.
8. Hit the ground running - able to grasp operational demands
9. Computer literate with experience in managing budgets schedules marketing communication
10. Experience working with Spa / Salon Software systems such as ESP Chi Desk Zenoti etc.
11. Look the part - professionally groomed presentable and representing the industry.
12. KPIS include: Leadership Operations Performance Service Sales Retention Bookings Scheduling Administration Inventory Compliance Reporting Training Profitability
