Bartender

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join Silverseas luxury cruise team. The Bartender is responsible for delivering refined personalized beverage service across assigned bars and lounges while maintaining high standards of quality presentation hygiene and guest satisfaction.

• Prepare and serve cocktails wines spirits and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.
• Provide warm personalized and professional service to guests.
• Recommend premium beverages and confidently engage with guests to enhance their experience.
• Maintain bar cleanliness presentation equipment and stock levels.
• Complete opening setup service and closing procedures.
• Prepare garnishes ingredients and bar components according to recipes.
• Support cocktail parties receptions tastings and special events.
• Maintain accurate stock control requisitions rotations and breakage records.
• Follow all company safety sanitation and Public Health standards.

• Valid STCW95 certification.
• Minimum 3 years bartending experience in a luxury hotel high-end bar or cruise environment.
• Strong knowledge of mixology cocktails wines spirits and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong guest-service and communication skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Physically and medically fit for shipboard duties.
