Job Summary
Are you a Red Seal Millwright with a strong background in automation control systems and industrial maintenance Im looking to connect with skilled professionals who have experience working with automated machinery PLCs instrumentation and electrical fault-finding within highly automated environments.
Job Description:
- Perform electrical and mechanical fault-finding on automated machinery and equipment
- Troubleshoot PLC HMI SCADA and control system-related issues
- Conduct preventative and breakdown maintenance on plant equipment
- Install commission and maintain automation systems
- Ensure maximum equipment reliability and minimal downtime
- Assist with continuous improvement and plant optimization initiatives
- Work closely with engineering maintenance and production teams
- Maintain compliance with safety and operational standards
Skills & Experience:
- Red Seal Millwright Trade Test
- Experience with PLC fault-finding and diagnostics
- Exposure to Siemens Allen Bradley Schneider or similar PLC platforms
- Experience with SCADA and HMI systems advantageous
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting abilities
- Knowledge of VSDs sensors servo drives motors and instrumentation
- Experience working on automated production lines and machinery
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Qualification:
- Red Seal Millwright Trade Test.
