- Must have a minimum of 10 years experience within an Automotive OEM Aftersales Service environment
- Proven experience managing a National Dealer Service Network
- Strong knowledge of Dealer Service Operations Workshop Management Warranty Administration and Technical Support
- Experience Developing and Implementing National Aftersales and Service Strategies
- Strong understanding of OEM Service Standards KPIs Customer Satisfaction (CSI) and Dealer Performance Management
- Experience Managing Warranty Budgets Service Profitability and Operational Performance
- Valid Drivers License required and willingness to travel Nationally
- Contactable references and payslips required upon request
- Monthly CTC Package of around R 90 000 to R 120 000 negotiable based on experience
