Audit & Financial Reporting Manager Up to R 800 000.00 per annum Stellenbosch

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through to completion.
- Oversee budgets timelines resources and client deliverables.
- Review audit files and financial statements before Director sign-off.
- Prepare complex financial statements group consolidations and tax computations.
- Manage a portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Build trusted client relationships and provide proactive financial advice.
- Mentor coach and develop junior team members.
- Drive continuous improvement across audit processes and systems.
- Assist with due diligence budgeting and other ad-hoc projects.
- Manage WIP debtors and fee negotiations within your portfolio.
Requirements:
- CA(SA) ACA ACCA or equivalent professional qualification.
- 610 years of audit experience within a professional services/practice environment.
- 24 years in a supervisory or Audit Manager role leading engagements and managing teams.
- Proven experience in a similar Audit Manager role within a professional practice.
- Strong technical knowledge of auditing standards financial reporting and taxation.
- Experience preparing complex financial statements and consolidated accounts.
- Excellent client relationship management and communication skills.
- Strong leadership coaching and team development abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; CaseWare and IRIS experience is advantageous.
