We are looking for an experienced Atlassian Solutions Engineer to design implement and optimise Atlassian solutions based on client requirements. The ideal candidate will have 3 years relevant experience strong client-facing skills and preferably Atlassian certifications.

• Design configure customise and implement Atlassian solutions.
• Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand business and technical requirements.
• Provide technical support and advice to the sales team during client engagements.
• Recommend appropriate Atlassian products and solutions based on client needs.
• Optimise existing systems and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Monitor system performance and provide ongoing technical support and maintenance.
• Develop and maintain technical and process documentation.
• Provide user training and support.
• Stay up to date with Atlassian products trends and best practices.
• Mentor and support junior developers and engineers.

• 3 years experience working with Atlassian solutions.
• Strong knowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem.
• Experience with configuration customisation and implementation.
• Strong client engagement and requirements-gathering skills.
• Excellent analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
• Atlassian certification highly advantageous.
