Job Summary
An Appropriate 3-year National Diploma (B Degree or Higher qualification) majoring in HRM or in Industrial Psychology with a minimum of 3-years relevant experience in a Recruitment and Selection environment. A valid code B driving licence.
Competencies
General knowledge of various employment laws and practices; In-depth knowledge Recruitment prescripts (legislation and policy documents);
