A qualification at NQF level 6 as recognised by SAQA - A 3 year National Diploma (NQF 6)/Degree in Human Resource Management and/or Industrial Psychology and 5 years or more experience in a Human Resource Management environment

Knowledge of the following: Working experience with the legislation regulatory frameworks policies and best practices that have a bearing on the line functions: Knowledge and understanding of information systems that aid
in the management of knowledge and information pertaining to the line function; Knowledge and understanding of project management; Knowledge of operational management practices; Knowledge and understanding of procurement and tendering processes; Knowledge and understanding of policy development and operational management monitoring and review processes; Knowledge and understanding of modern systems of
governance and administration; Knowledge and understanding of public service procedures processes and systems.
