Duties & Responsibilities
Assist in the management and coordination of daily catering and support catering kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service high standards of food quality presentation and customer food production stock control purchasing and inventory with budgeting cost control and waste reduction compliance with food safety hygiene health and safety recruitment onboarding training and performance management of staffing schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels during peak customer feedback and resolve service-related queries with planning and executing university events conferences functions and special catering operational reports and maintain accurate records.
