The successful candidate will work closely with the Casino Host to ensure the smooth operation of the casino and provide exceptional service to our guests. Key Responsibilities: - Assist the Casino Host in managing the day-to-day operations of the casino - Greet and welcome guests providing them with information about the casino and its services - Assist in organizing and coordinating special events and promotions - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the casino floor - Handle guest inquiries complaints and requests in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations and company policies - Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to enhance their overall experience - Assist in tracking and reporting guest activity and providing feedback to management - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Assist in training and supervising other casino staff as needed Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred - Knowledge of casino games and operations is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask - Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays - Must be fluent in English both verbal and written We offer a competitive salary and benefits package as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company.
