Job Description: As an Assistant Casino Host you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience at our casino. You will work closely with the Casino Hosts and other team members to provide excellent customer service and promote our casinos offerings. Responsibilities: - Greet guests and assist them with any inquiries or requests - Provide information about our casinos amenities promotions and events - Assist with reservations and bookings for dining shows and other activities - Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner - Maintain a high level of knowledge about our casinos games and services - Build and maintain relationships with guests to enhance their experience and loyalty - Assist with planning and executing special events and promotions - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience - Keep track of guest preferences and make recommendations for personalized experiences - Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records - Adhere to all casino policies and procedures including responsible gaming guidelines - Continuously strive to meet and exceed guest expectations and provide exceptional service at all times. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Prior experience in customer service hospitality or the casino industry preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to handle difficult situations - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively - Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions - Knowledge of casino games and rules is a plus - Must be able to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays.
