Artisan Aid Plumber

Plumbing Maintenance and Repairs

• Assist with planned preventative maintenance activities.
• Assist with reactive and emergency plumbing repairs.
• Support installation replacement and maintenance of plumbing systems fixtures and equipment.
• Assist with leak detection pipe repairs blockage clearing and fixture replacements.
• Ensure allocated work orders are completed within agreed service levels.
• Achieve an average of four completed work orders per day where operationally feasible.

Tool Equipment and Material Control

• Prepare and organise tools equipment and materials required for assigned tasks.
• Maintain tools in a clean safe and serviceable condition.
• Report damaged or missing equipment.
• Assist with stock control and material usage reporting.

Health Safety and Environmental Compliance

• Comply with all Tsebo SHEQ policies and procedures.
• Wear and maintain required PPE.
• Identify and report safety hazards.
• Maintain safe work practices at all times.
• Support compliance with ISO 9001 ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.

Administration and Reporting

• Complete maintenance checklists and documentation accurately.
• Provide material requirements to the Senior Technician.
• Update work order information as required.
• Report maintenance issues and potential risks promptly.

Housekeeping and Asset Care

• Maintain clean and organised work areas.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste materials.
• Support good housekeeping practices in workshops and plant rooms.
• Protect client and company assets during maintenance activities.

Customer Service and Teamwork

• Interact professionally with clients students staff and stakeholders.
• Provide courteous service and maintain positive working relationships.
• Support team members in achieving operational objectives.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training initiatives.
