We work with contractors building material wholesalers and window and door suppliers throughout its service area.

ABOUT THE ROLE

Were looking for an energetic resilient Appointment Setter for our outbound calling team. Youll make high-volume cold calls to homeowners asking age-related qualifying questions to book qualified appointments. This is a cold-list environment no warm lead so confidence persistence and the ability to handle rejection are essential.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make 400500 outbound calls per day (30 sec 1 min per call)

• Speak with homeowners using a provided script

• Ask age-related qualifying questions and book qualified appointments

• Handle objections confidently and professionally

• Log accurate call dispositions in CRM system

• Personalize the script with your own personality while keeping the core outcome the same

• Work toward daily and weekly appointment goals

QUALIFICATIONS
