Role Summary

We are seeking a highly charismatic logistically sharp High-Volume Appointment Setter & Geographic Coordinator to manage the inbound sales funnel for our premier window coverings and awnings enterprise. Operating in an exclusive partnership with a major national warehouse retailer (Costco) across 12 high-velocity locations our program generates massive lead volume.

Because this retail pipeline is a high-volume low-margin model operational efficiency is our primary lever for profitability. This is not a passive transactional calling role. You will act as a consultative brand ambassador and logistical masterrunning vital pre-consultation calls to educate residential homeowners on product specs (e.g. privacy vs. visibility shades) while solving complex geographic routing puzzles to group in-home design consultations efficiently across three states without backtracking.

Key Responsibilities

1. Consultative Pre-Consultation & Education

  • Inbound Lead Acceleration: Manage a high-volume pipeline of warm incoming retail lead submissions executing rapid outbound connection calls.

  • Product Education: Lead engaging charismatic phone consultations to qualify homeowner intent and visually educate them on baseline product selections functional differences and structural configurations.

  • Expectation Management: Prime prospective clients for an elite in-home sales experience ensuring they understand our measurement and design process prior to the designers arrival.

2. Complex Geographic Routing & Scheduling

  • Territory Consolidation: Map manage and optimize calendar logistics for our field design team across extensive North Carolina South Carolina and Georgia territories.

  • Route Efficiency Planning: Group appointments systematically based on geographical density and precise regional hubs to aggressively eliminate designer windshield time and prevent state-line backtracking.

  • Calendar Governance: Own the scheduling software backend continuously auditing appointment slots to maximize daily design capacity across all active markets.

3. Pipeline Hygiene & Collaboration

  • Meticulously log customer preferences design profiles structural notes and routing logistics inside the company CRM.

  • Maintain a seamless communication bridge with our field designers and the central Office Manager to dynamically adjust calendars based on traffic weather or cancellation trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in high-volume Appointment Setting Inside Sales or Logistics/Dispatch Coordination. Experience within home services home improvement or home staging is a significant asset.

  • Communication Mastery: Polished charismatic and native-level English business presence. You must possess the warmth and authority required to build instant trust with retail consumers over the phone.

  • Spatial & Geographic Literacy: Exceptional mapping and spatial coordination skills. You must be comfortable analyzing maps (Google Maps routing tools) to calculate drive times cluster accounts and master the geography of the NC / SC / GA tri-state region.

  • The High-Agency Logician Mindset: Highly organized and self-directed. You look at a chaotic influx of leads and treat it like a puzzleproactively finding ways to compress time windows and group appointments seamlessly.

  • Technical Stack Fluency: Comfortable navigating modern CRMs digital mapping software and shared enterprise scheduling calendars.

  • Route Optimization Rate: Maximizing the number of field consultations grouped by tight geographic sub-regions.

  • Lead Conversion Velocity: Maintaining a high connection-to-booking ratio across all retail inbound lead sheets.
