We are seeking a dedicated Annotation Specialist to join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of advanced natural language processing models. As an Annotator you will be responsible for creating high-quality annotated datasets that will be used to train and improve generative AI models. Your meticulous attention to detail and linguistic expertise will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our models. this is an Onsite (Work from office) position and not Hybrid or remote)

Annotation Creation: Develop annotated datasets by carefully annotating and labeling diverse text samples. Domain Expertise: Gain proficiency in understanding and annotating texts across various experiences organizations and more to support the creation of specialized models. Demonstrates clear and polite written and oral communication. Maintains a positive and professional demeanor and portrays the company in a positive light. Demonstrates knowledge and correct use of departmental resources policies and procedures. Meets or exceeds quality and productivity goals assigned by management.

You will provide labels and annotation for various projects across our organizations some projects will last longer than others but expect a variation of different label and annotation requests month to month.

- Work a rotating flexible schedule including nights overnights weekends and holidays. Able to work 40 hours/week and overtime as required

- Experience working with computers and Microsoft Office products (including Outlook Word and Excel)
