What you will be doing:
- Act as the primary contact for People system queries resolving issues (including data and process errors) and providing training and documentation for the global People team.
- Oversee system workflows and integrations manage payroll input validation ensure data quality through regular reporting and maintain up-to-date operational documentation.
- Execute routine updates (e.g. access roles calendars) manage process templates like onboarding and offer letters and support system enhancement requests.
- Prepare and support major annual events (such as compensation cycles performance reviews and employee surveys) by building necessary dashboards templates and providing real-time user support.
- Support the implementation and testing of the global HRIS (Workday) draft Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) manage test plans and collaborate globally to identify process improvements.
What you need:
- Experience in systems or operational support preferably in HR/People Operations with hands-on HRIS knowledge (Workday preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Familiarity with the full employee lifecycle including onboarding payroll and performance management is essential.
- Able to translate user feedback into structured solutions demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and maintain high attention to detail.
- Highly organized curious and comfortable working both independently and within a global team ideally with a background in regulated environments like private equity or asset management.
