About the Role

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-orientedAmazon Catalog & Compliance Managerto take full ownership of our Amazon marketplace operations. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth optimizing product listings improving catalog health and executing high-performing advertising strategies.

You will work cross-functionally with creative content and paid media teams to enhance overall marketplace performance while ensuring operational excellence across all Amazon touchpoints. Key Responsibilities

Marketplace Management & Operations

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the Amazon marketplace (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)

  • Ensure optimal account health performance and compliance with Amazon policies

  • Monitor and resolve listing suppression issues content errors and account flags through Vendor/Seller Support

  • Track and manage inventory levels in coordination with internal teams

Listing Optimization & Content Performance

  • Oversee product listings and Brand Store content to ensure accuracy consistency and high-quality execution

  • Optimize listings for SEO keyword ranking and conversion rate improvement

  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities

  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to enhance product pages and visual assets

Amazon Advertising & Growth Strategy

  • Partner with Paid Media teams to manage and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display)

  • Analyze performance metrics such as ACOS ROAS and conversion rates to improve campaign effectiveness

  • Support promotional strategies product launches and merchandising initiatives to drive revenue growth

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze sales trends search rankings and marketplace performance data

  • Generate actionable insights to improve product visibility conversion and overall sales

  • Monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for continuous improvement

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal teams to support product launches and updates

  • Ensure all required documentation and processes are completed accurately and on time

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align marketplace strategies with broader business goals

Process Improvement & Support

  • Create and manage Vendor/Seller Support cases and track resolutions

  • Improve workflows documentation and operational processes for efficiency and scalability

  • Support additional initiatives and projects as needed

Qualifications

  • 3 years of experience managing Amazon Marketplace (Seller Central and/or Vendor Central)

  • Strong understanding of Amazon SEO listing optimization and ranking algorithms

  • Hands-on experience with Amazon Advertising platforms

  • Proven ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies

  • Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT Claude or similar for productivity and analysis

  • Excellent communication collaboration and project management skills

  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing multi-product or high-SKU catalogs

  • Background in e-commerce DTC brands or consumer goods

  • Familiarity with third-party Amazon tools (e.g. Helium 10 Jungle Scout etc.)
