Duties & Responsibilities

We are looking for an AI Engineer to join a team at the forefront of conversational AI where youll help develop and support voice text and quality assurance agents that interact with thousands of users.

What Youll Do:

Build and maintain voice text and QA agents across multiple campaigns.
Develop and enhance conversational text bots as part of an omnichannel AI strategy.
Support regression testing and software releases for AI systems handling live customer interactions.
Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into production-ready applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable scalable AI solutions.

Minimum Requirements:

Honours degree in Mathematics Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence Engineering or a related quantitative field or at least 1 year of hands-on AI development experience.
Strong Python development skills.
Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs).
Familiarity with Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) technologies.
Experience working with APIs.
Proficiency with GitHub and version control.

Advantageous Skills:

Experience with dialogue systems or conversational AI platforms.
Telephony API integration.
Microsoft Azure.
Docker and containerisation.
CI/CD pipelines.
Hugging Face and open-source AI models.
